Good place for taking gratuity.

Dislikes

12 hours working. No sunday even holiday. HR makes their own policies. Every person flattering senior management. No increment.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
