The HR department is the worst. There’s no punctuality in HR department. Coordination within the HR’s are worst. Everything is delayed. They make to wait for hours after joining in the name of documentations.

Dislikes

R&D section is good. Management and IT department is the worst. MD should take note of HR department. They are always sleeping. Everything gets delayed. Some HRs are busy in Myntra

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Training And Learning is very good in Selec. Work Culture is very Nice. Coordination with Higher management is smooth. Response time is very fast from HOD and Manager level. Products are very good and new technologies added every year.
