I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nothing to like about it,when they appoint you,they promise you to provide training promotion etc,but you will work like an assistant or you can say like a servant where office essential has to be done on time

Dislikes

Don't like the company,don't have staff,and expect you to take care of the office like office should be neat and clean,conduct many interviews and don't appoint the candidates ,they expect you to be well smart well spoken well educated but don't hire and expect you to work in lower salary like 10-15k,don't provide training,everything is negative
