Company allows every one to deal with client individually. Arrenges many tranning sessions for new commers.

Dislikes

Tremendous work pressure specially on freshers and juniors. IT support is very weak. HR support is not upto the mark. Salse team is not performing well and that extra work pressure comes on mid level management of engineering team.
