Sedin Technologies - Enterprise Manager - Management Consultant (4-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Consult with Life Sciences clients on Documentum solutions, including D2, LSQM, LSRD, D2LS, R&D, and SSV.

- Work collaboratively to understand client requirements and design custom solutions that optimize document management workflows.

- Develop and implement custom plugins, Java methods, and DFCs to extend Documentum functionality and address specific client needs.

- Lead and participate in the development phase of Life Sciences projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

- Oversee and manage the configuration of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for Documentum deployments (preferred).

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after implementation, ensuring their continued success.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (developers, project managers) to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Life Sciences projects involving Documentum D2, LSQM, LSRD, D2LS, R&D, and SSV (including development experience).

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ECM consulting, preferably with a focus on Documentum solutions.

- Strong understanding of Documentum fundamentals, including architecture, components, functionalities, and configuration.

- Expertise in developing custom plugins, Java methods, and DFCs.

- In-depth knowledge of the Life Sciences domain and its document management requirements.

- Experience with HA and DR configurations for Documentum deployments is a plus.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
