Working here was challenging and they offer so many tools (EDR , XDR and other SIEM tools) but the main thing is no one is enthusiastic to teach you cause they say "Hame bhi nahi aata". Team mates are not ready to support each other, that's the best part.

There are so many things to dislike: NO Training/KT/SOP for alerts only shadowing (And they proclaim it as 'Training') Rotational Shifts , 12 hour shifts . HR never tells you this thing while you are selected. There's no work life balance. Leads and other L1's will say "Seekhne ke liye bahot kuch hai", but everything is on your own. No OT's until you you have worked around 12 hours. Official work hours: 8 hours and 30 minutes. Which is a joke. On the bases of average timing, people work around 9-10 hours daily still no OT is provided....Read More
