One who is fresher in insurance field gets good exposure in the company as they deal with all kinds of insurances.

Dislikes

Its not at all an employee centric company. Just wastes money on higher management's foreign trips whereas upper and middle management doesn't even get appropriate appraisal. Company's makes over optimum utilization of its resources. Just focuses on cost cutting.

SecureNow is an excellent place to work. The best part of working with an insurance broking firm that you will get to know the issues of all the parties which includes Insured, Insurer and TPA. This gives us opportunity to learn new things and find the best for the company and the customer.

Dislikes

Some times we got to work after office hours. It is because of the nature of job where we are helping the customers when someone hospitalized, which also gives a satisfaction.

Work Details

I takes care of claims team where majority of work related to health insurance. So, I interacts with employees who are facing issues at hospital. Accordingly we need to interact with insurers and company HR's to resolve the issues.
