Securenow fired almost sales and senior employees before covid 19.. Some seniors have some attitude problem ..overall it's a lala company ,your work is not everything only you have to complete 9 hours..anyhow. Seniors are irritating specially in Client servicing and you will not get any good feedback from the team nor they will appreciate you for your good work.

* The immense pressure to deliver unrealistic sales results with minimal support will force you to up your game * Few managers in the company are good. * Some clients can be high profile

* Totally clueless management expects you to deliver unrealistic sales results * Completely sales driven organization where sales come above the welfare of employees and customers. We deceivingly sell terrible insurance policies to our prospects sometimes which they don't need, just to try to get close to our sales target. We know that that client will find out about this sooner or later. Problem occurs when the company expects you to retain your customers and do their policy renewal. * Very high employee turnover, because it does not take much time to realize how pathetic this organization is. * Pathetic compensation (salary) * They cut costs by removing plastic cups available at office water cooler. Yes, this is the level to which they stoop to cut costs. Salespeople get pathetic travel allowance which simply cannot cover an entire month's travel cost. So, to cut travel cost, even Assistant Manager level people like me had to travel by bus, shared auto, etc. to reach customers. * 6 days working in a week. Employees have to check-in via a mobile app before 9:30 am for work. The app only works if one is within a few meters of the office building.
