Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I was worked there. I am satisfied to working with employees and manager. But there is a only one problem is that they are not increasing the salary. they're not caring about employees. It means there is no salary growth. Otherwise secure search is well.

The worst part of the company is that there is no compensation benefit, PF and doesn't do appraisal every year instead they drag it for more couple years just for small amount of increment.
