1. Job reliability is zero- depends upon whims and personal opinion of investors and their close people. Clash/ differences with people close to the investor family(who does not even work in Secure meters) can result in loss of job 2. initially learning will be good but after a year or so there will be little learning. 3. Lot of politics. My TL named LNT was from testing, and I was a developer . When ever he will make a 2 line of changes in the code the code will throw 12 errors . He has no idea about programming , except the knowledge of copy pasting the code. I hate the internal politics as they give promotions not to talent but to stability . There are people who are not professional at all , always behind the deadlines and asking us too much to produce and at the end you get very less appriciation financially .
