Experience: 14 or more years of relevant experience

Technical Skills Required

• Experience in Analog design- types of ADC and selection of suitable ADC for AC signal measurement, discrete circuit design using transistor, opamp, etc.
• Microcontroller Selection and exposure to use its peripheral
• Power supply- SMPS design, DC/DC converter, LDOs
• Exposure to Design for Manufacturability, and its use in product design
• PCB design, take care of DFM, and take care of EMI EMC
• Proficient in component selection Opamp, Micro, power supply switches, transistors and diodes, and capacitors.
• Knowledge about quality tools like 8D, FMECA, CAPA, Why-Why analysis
• Understanding of part and product reliability
• RF Design (optional) applicable for RF projects only
• Application knowledge of Safety, EMIEMC standards (IEC or FCC compliance )

Job Description

• Responsible for understanding product requirement specifications.
• Support in Upfront Technical Architecture and high-level design to ensure that the product meets manufacturability, Serviceability, performance, reliability, cost, feature set ETC.
• Work with a team of design engineers to design analog and digital circuits that meet functional, reliability, manufacturability, testing, and ergonomic requirements.
• Expected to maintain and improve systems and development processes.
• manage the projects and ensure timely delivery.
