Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Company is very good policies but u are not required your company and training period ofter is company roll all taining period members.

The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.

Very far from my home town, they have Gurgaon office if they hire the team from Delhi and they are allowed to work from the Gurgaon offiec then this is the pace to retire

Lot of politics. My TL named LNT was from testing, and I was a developer . When ever he will make a 2 line of changes in the code the code will throw 12 errors . He has no idea about programming , except the knowledge of copy pasting the code. I hate the internal politics as they give promotions not to talent but to stability . There are people who are not professional at all , always behind the deadlines and asking us too much to produce and at the end you get very less appriciation financially .
