They don't care about old employees, are taking them for granted. Perks/ Benefits to selected employees only. Little or No increment since last three years. Even strict mode of travelling to office (which company does that) Strict working hours.

Likes

Very challenging projects. Excellent r&d team, very good learning opportunity. Very good management. Company is growing very fast globally. Acquisition of new companies in recent past to acquire new technologies.

Dislikes

They give much better compensation to new comers for the same experience. Long service at secure will give many advantage but at the cost of average compensation.
