Work life balance as a software developer is very poor. HR generally misleads before joining that it is a 5 day working company. But since I have joined, I have been even working on all Saturdays and Sundays. Moreover, how can one expects to have a good work-life balance when you work all-day long and reach home at 8 PM ! The extra 45 mins of work time each day gives you Saturday off but now when you're working on Saturdays too then logically you're working 7 days a week!! They should be strict about employees' timings. Not because other departments work on weekends, IT should also be supportive on those days if their weekends are rest days. Work pressure is very high in the department, but is only limited to people who work efficiently and with discipline. Other benefits are just there to show people that that management thinks about employees welfare and enjoyment. In reality you don't get time to move from your desk. If the management is reading this, please work on changing the work-timings, employees are very frustrated about this. And this is the core reason people are working short here....Read More

Life is quite relaxed and overall the work culture and seniors are very good and helpful. You get ample amount of leaves. Udaipur City also is very good.
