Lot of politics. My TL named LNT was from testing, and I was a developer . When ever he will make a 2 line of changes in the code the code will throw 12 errors . He has no idea about programming , except the knowledge of copy pasting the code. I hate the internal politics as they give promotions not to talent but to stability .
