-No work pressure (Strictly 9.00AM -5.50 PM). No need to stretch -Free food and snacks -Good project and lot of learning scopes -Internal trainings -Yearly 4 bonuses -Exposure to work directly with Belgium team

Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

- No flexible timings -No onsite opportunities for Software Engineers. Only marine guys used to travel more -Even if you travel to Belgium, they won't pay you in Euros. -HR don't have much knowledge about IT -Work from office (No WFH or hybrid model) -Small time size
