I liked the process and there is a learning opportunity too but due to some health problem I resigned.

Some old previous employee who doesn't deserve to be in the senior position try to rule the new commer a lot and dominate a lot and do not provide any learning scope so that they might get promoted. And those old employe were hired from Ntt data may be. They even cannot communicate well in English. Also They make groupism there.
