Everything management is very poor worst culture of working no leaves if the targets not completed then the branches will also open for 2nd and 4th Saturday no enjoyment for working holiday always do activities early morning no work life balanced

Nothing. I was working at AU as assistant manager in SME assets operations and my reporting manager is not supported me in my initial time either he was insecure with me because we both have equally qualified. Politics are also there in team. Favouritism also exist there. Never ever join this company.
