If you are night owl, this is the perfect job for you, you have good colleagues, supportive trainees, fun fridays and festival celebration. There are audits and mock exam which is taken every month. One has to perform good in it gradually it will help after your training period is over. I will rate it 3 /5

As it is complete night shift and operational duty job it , the work shift timing get extended by sometimes 45 minutes to 1 hour. It will completely depend on the provider, also sometimes you have to work till morning, or sometimes on weekend to. Sometimes your shift will be complete 12 hours and it is frustrating sometimes.
