Learnt professional and personal ethics at ScribeEMR. Working with diverse people around India is a cool thing.

Dislikes

People are promoted based on what they do for the Unit Heads, but not for the hardwork and dedication they put. Poor work culture and favouritism is a major problem.

Work policy: Hybrid option is available, but my reporting manager asked me to work from office everyday; however, he/she will WFH whenever they like from office
