The working environment in SciTech is excellent. Have been a part of this organization for over 10 years now. Have experienced significant career growth and have had the opportunity to work on diverse domains and cutting-edge technologies. The management is extremely helpful. Some of the initiatives taken by company are really very excellent such as Company Accommodation for level 1 employees, free breakfast for all employees, Child Education Support, etc. This is where I started my career, and I have had the privilege of working with great coworkers. Although I believe that no organization is flawless, every expanding company has its own problems and issues. Company should continuously review and revise policies to resolve problems. As of now, all is well.

Job security is there. And friendly and nice environment to work. Seniors are very helpful and cooperative to build skills and cope with the organizational growth process. Training is provided.

I am in the patent analytics domain. I learned all my skills from SciTech, because we don't have a subject called IPR in our academics.
