Dictatorship and Policies. No flexibility in job and toxic environment. Toxic micromanagement and leave policies. No work life balance and worst appraisals. They'll ask to sign mandatory bond for 2 years.

Nothing. Learn Nothing and sit in front of the computer to cut-copy-paste all day. If you want a job where you don't have to apply brain and just oil your manager all day, you will like the job. If you're telugu you'll love it here.

Everything. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I'm listing all the things that suck here: 1. You will learn nothing. Absolutely nothing - 0 knowledge. A class 10 child can do the work. 2. The pay is terrible. They will lowball you as much as possible and try to pay the least. The appraisal will be barely 0.5%. People with 10 years of experience here earn around 50k a month. 3. The managers and administration are horribly racist. They will bait you with a wrong job description and then trap you with a bond of 1 lakh for 2 years. 4. The office is literally outside the city and in the middle of nowhere, there are no bus stops or trains or metro nearby. Only autos and office cabs who don't have good service. 5. The colleagues are the worst. Very gossipy and act like people in Hindi serials. Very toxic environment. 6. There are no sick leaves with minimum casual leaves and earned leaves. 7. The definition of toxic work environment. They coerce people to write good reviews about them to keep a good rating on these websites. Also they coerce people into deleting the negative reviews and threaten them if they refuse. 8. They have a very turnover number which indicates they are unable to retain employees and a very big red flag. 9. They will make you work for 9 hours and 15 minutes a day and then shame you if you want to leave on time. They want and praise people who work till 12 am on a regular basis and do weekend overtime without any overtime pay. 10. They have no flexibility for Work from Home even during emergencies, but if you are close with certain managers, you might get indefinite work from home citing absolutely crap reasons. 11. They run a slave farm with Mr. Managing Director and Mrs. Director of HR as the slave owners. Also beware of se*ual harassment which these people will push under the rug and continue to victim blame....Read More

Started my career here, good coworkers and extremely friendly superiors. For those who are interested in starting their career, it is a very good place with lots of opportunities.

Although I believe that no organization is flawless, every expanding company has its own problems and issues. Company should continuously review and revise policies to resolve problems. As of now, all is well.
