Here, there is no work pressure, you can gossip a lot Doesn't work like a corporate No need to worry about job security bcuz there is service agreement for 2yrs and in that time period you won't learn anything related to patents but you work like anything, a 10th Standard person also work

No career growth Even if you work like 4 years you get salary less 30k... Trust me ppl who work here more 10 yrs getting less than 50k They use you for their profit and you end up learn nothing So many policies....break time restrictions, no feasibility of wfh...cheap politics...lots of gangs....if you are ppl pleaser trust me then you gonna last long....they don't like smart intelligent ppl...and coming to managers they only like ppl who gossip a lot....even managers gossip a lot and give burden to the resources Company locates somewhere inside a industrial area, you don't have direct buses, cab facility sucks And you can't learn new things like doing MBA or other courses This is a group opinion Please think wisely before entering in to this company...Read More

Job security is there. And friendly and nice environment to work. Seniors are very helpful and cooperative to build skills and cope with the organizational growth process. Training is provided.

Dislikes

Salaries are a bit less when compared to other companies.

I am in the patent analytics domain. I learned all my skills from SciTech, because we don't have a subject called IPR in our academics.
