Here, there is no work pressure, you can gossip a lot Doesn't work like a corporate No need to worry about job security bcuz there is service agreement for 2yrs and in that time period you won't learn anything related to patents but you work like anything, a 10th Standard person also work
No career growth Even if you work like 4 years you get salary less 30k... Trust me ppl who work here more 10 yrs getting less than 50k They use you for their profit and you end up learn nothing So many policies....break time restrictions, no feasibility of wfh...cheap politics...lots of gangs....if you are ppl pleaser trust me th..Read More
