If you are slow and not proactive in first 3-5 months you may not be able to catchup with others in the team. Working here is like a living MBA of sorts.

Gives confidence in decision making. This is my second job. In my first job was at large company for 2 yrs. My learning in 8 months at Sciative is much more. I am more confident. I understand the product. I can analyze with real data, and take decision on it. Moreover the decision I take, are directly seen by the clients. I am under 30, want to learn fast, can do multi-task, and stay focused for several hours. Therefore this is a good workplace for me. If you are looking for a relaxed place, this may not be the right company for you. You can go to my previous company (Acc****re)

Nurturing, yet fast paced environment. Learning of 3 years at Sciative = 5 years of learning in other companies. Deeply involved in tech No-nonsense workforce: come, work well, perfrom, and leae for home. Most of the days I am leaving home by 7:00 or 7:30 PM

Have to report on time - sharp 9:00AM (grace until 9:15AM as per HR :)) Only join if you have passion to work and perfrom. I am loving it, therefore.

My manager is very supportive, knowledgable, and i like working in his leadership Seniors and ceo is reachable and they listen to ideas, suggestions, and encouraging to perform our best Work culture is very result focused; directly get chance to do meeting with clients -- my clients appreciate our work and give amazing feedback to help me perform even better.

Nothing to dislike as such; 1 or 2 times in a week, need to stay back till about 7:30pm, but this is manageable Company has stopped complementary evening snacks
