Compensation is very good. Shift allowance and week end shift allowance are not part of CTC. For weekend work, you get paid for one day salary (CTC, not just basic). Good Work life balance.

Company is being run by some vicious immature bunch of people. In the name of HR, this girl knows nothing. she just loves travelling and wtsapp, and literally no idea upon HR or legal responsibility. One fine day, she decides to fire all offshore, then she sends a termination letter to all. after 5 days she sends another mail to ignore the previous mail.

Please hire some people with experience in running HR and management. someone who at least understands that, there could be a legal consequence which could ruin the organisation for their stupidity.
