Poor worklife balance, no job security, infact they shutdown nashik plant and asked people to find jobs outside, stock taking activity is horrible, one has to stay in company for whole 3 days and night..

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
