If you ask me schneider company is not giving permanent employment to anyone ,here 80 to 90% employees are on the contract basis ,company uses employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi . Contractor treats their employees as a servant and not giving respect.

some old age men around 40 to 55 definetly make you to suffer by giving negative feedback, they are scared of new talent and dont encourage to grow.

Schneider Electric might not be a great place to start a career. If you are form top colleges like IITs, NITs, BITs I would suggest not to join this company as learning is very limited and there is very little scope for innovation.

Growth is guaranteed if you are in the right team under the right manager. Learning and self development opportunities are plenty. Politics at the leadership level is perceivable. Large teams lead to slow and cumbersome process times.

Operators category employees getting work life balance, good salary benefits. And leaves.

Dislikes

Here for Operators category is getting very good salary and other benefits, as well as top most management getting good befit and composition. But the real work force is supporting staff, CFT and middle management are not getting hike and market value salaries. No leaves getting, but it's getting labs not paid for used leaves.
