I get joined by a Schneider contracttor as a production associate they told after that you will be permanent after giving exam ,2 times given but not selecting because of I am working there in a contract

Please requesting you people if you get chance also don't join.i worked with TL Divya Rao she is bludy i don't no what can i say about her, that much tourcher she shown on me. No personal and skill growth They only concentrate on their budget and target which will make you nothing in the workspace. If you ask me schneider company is not giving permanent employment to anyone ,here 80 to 90% employees are on the contract basis ,company uses employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi . Contractor treats their employees as a servant and not giving respect.
