Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. There is more meetings than actual work. People try to glorify even small things. Most of them just want to act as managers than doing actual handsown. The younger folks are good, but I think they are wasting better opportunities for the tag. Also there is a constant tussle between India and Canada team, which is the root cause of most of the issues.
