I am looking after Engineering activity with team of 5 people. i have to support from Tendering phase till panel get commission on site . QVE activity , Site compliant solutions & daily production support with customer drawings .

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
