The department is encountering various challenges, such as a prevalent atmosphere of discouragement and an unequal workload distribution amongst team members. Some individuals who have been with the company for a considerable amount of time are contributing to the negative environment while still receiving substantial increments, despite others working more and receiving less pay. The absence of professionalism and work ethics is apparent, with no promotions or substantial raises being granted. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
