Schneider electric "the original SE" company policies are best among all the industries

Dislikes

The SEIPL-L&T Electrical and automation, is the SE entity but the management mindset and behaviour towards employees and their work life balance is very bad, management always encourage company work against the employee life and nit concerned about employees well being, their interests, and manipulating policies according to management mindset.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
