In this company, I must say your job is 100% secure, and lots of learning here that you need to explore yourself. You may get a chance to work with global stakeholders, which is excellent. If you get the opportunity, go for it; you will learn and love technology here.

Nothing much; sometimes, the workload is high, so you need to be good at planning and managing your work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
