Nothing good anymore in this rubbish company

Dislikes

The most toxic environment possible. Every manager wants a suck up. No room for an honest opinion on what is right or wrong. No ethics and no respect for a person who has a family member in the hospital. The most horrible and mismanaged illiterate people are managers with whom you spend your entire day correcting their grammar and emails. The CEO is another one who is only interested in making his own YouTube channel work. And wants cheerleaders who praise his horrible work style. Foolish people in leadership, some not even worth being leaders....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
