Schindler company is good but management will be taking decision at time and focused on completions not on customer satisfaction.... There will be training for each employee with safety assessment program.

Management puts terrible pressure and even passes personal comments and foul language. There is separate rule for people who do buttering up of boss and seperate rule for others who donot.
