People are focused towards company development.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Organisation doesn't value or care about its employees at all. It is only focused on its own growth. Not good policies for employees. Very poor compensation and allowance policies. Not at all a good place to work in, as work culture is unlike any MNC and conservative. Doesn't feel at all that you are part of a 13 Billion dollar organisation, as employees do not benefit out of it.
