Hopeless working culture. People having 15+ yrs of experience with 0 knowledge. And have Ego on the 7th floor. Diploma holders became manager by favouritism and do micro management. No planning only fire fighting. These all things are only applicable for Savli plant. In general schaeffler is Excellent organisation.

Sometimes in my working area I need to improve the condition of my machines but unfortunately it had not been done. That situation I don't like. It affect on my work and to achieve my target..

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look around very though competition around me by my colleagues... But I am satisfied with my work and most important thing is I am learning new things day to day and improve my skills .
