It was great until recently all the focus is on generating money and no innovation is happening. It just lost it's unique work culture and now its same as any other organisation.

Best place to improve and learn new skills. You have many high performing candidates around you which pushes you to give your best and get any kind of help. You will actually know what does the word "Impact" mean.

Company culture is good. 4 time meals and snacks unlimited. But Depends on which department you are in. Customer Support is the worst with the manager and VP

The Manager Pankaj of Customer Support is very toxic and the VP does not care. No promotion. No job security. Minimal hike like 1000-1200 each year. Even bonus is not sure.

You work here and you will see yourself what kind of people are there on the senior level positions. This is the fst company where I have seen managers having liquor on the floor. People with no good backgrounds have been promoted on higher positions. These people do nothing just sucks the blood of BDAs. They take holidays on Saturday and Sunday giving one or the other reason essentially because they want to spend time with their families however they do not provide any offs to the employees even the person has strong medical or personal reason . They ask you to work on Mondays and Tuesdays. Pathetic culture, these people keep on shouting BDAs for sales like mad dogs. When it comes to supporting they run away. It's really a not safe organisation for women because the managers here characterizes girls without having any shame. They talk shit about girls characters here. Even if you raise voice against it the company takes no action. Surprise to see a company full of brainless people on senior level. If you have to survive in this organisation either you will have to do a** liki**g or you have to tolerate their bull shit mindset otherwise these people will eat your job. The manager they will put you to work under either will eat your brain with nonsense talks all day or he will eat your time with his lane jokes. Ultimately this company has appointed verbal and mental abusers on senior levels. When you join the company these people on the fst few days will show you like you have joined heaven however within 15 day I bet you will know their sick mindsets and their way to handle teams. I joined Scaler in August 2021 as a Manager and now i am an AGM. I have about 8 yrs experience in edtech now and scaler by far has been the best organisation for me till date. Increment, culture, learnings, growth have been great.

Post working in 4 Ed-Tech's I feel this is one of the best place for you to be working with a fast paced growing Ed-Tech. 1. The compensation - You work 9 hours genuinely and how much money you make will always be important. Here, the compensation and the incentives that you can make is significant from any other organisations withsimilar model of work. 2. 5 days working model : When Ed Tech started, majority of the organisations was working in a 6 day working model. Taking a stand and ensuring that the work was always a 5 day work model always motivated us. 3. Realistic Expectations : There is a difference between un achievable target and pressure induced work, and giving realistic targets and getting it done. The company has worked out a model where the targets are realistic. 4. Flexibility and consideration : Three times food can be a small gesture for few, but this is a significant parameter which defines an organization which will look forward to ensure food at all times.
