1. Innovation is expected, but not implemented. 2. Policy has no say for employees, if managers are non-cooperative, which can go as far as health issues for someone who is medically challenged. 3. Work processes are been revised n number of times from the root level , which means all work done will go in vain. 4. Coming to the policies of the company, all policies are designed in such a model which only derives money from the employees, but nothing to return back the money. 5. Do not worry about office politics, because the colleagues are not even allowed to talk to each other to do such politics. 6. It should be rather called a school than an workplace, where people are not allowed breaks under the bell rings for the day. 7. Management of cadre 5 and above are allowed to talk abusively, however, no one can talk back to them. 8. A healthy conversation can turn into conflict, especially when trying to overrule the manager's knowledge, resulting into loss of your job. 9. Management shouts inhumanly, thinking this is the last company running in the city and no other companies are hiring. 10. People are hired and fired like bullets. 11. Notice period can vary from 30 minutes to 30 days, depending on the mood of the manager. The policy defines 30 days, but they can ask you on your day of resignation to not to continue coming from the next day and not pay you a penny. However, if you ask for an early release, you have to pay back money to the company "as per company policy of release". As I mentioned earlier, policies are only modelled to derive money from the employees. Many more points can be jotted, but they are common to most of the co-called "corporates" today....Read More

There this no job security at all. Working here is waste of your time and they will say anything to do related to sales no matter what is your designation. If you don't have any option then only come in this company other wise its a waste of time.

There is no growth opportunities no salary hike i worked for k12 for 2 years but there is not even 1 rs hike they have given to employees there is no respect you will get as a employee too much toxic environment and wherever they fill to kick you from organisation they will make changes in your role designation and torcher you at high so you put your papers
