Nothing to like for this company.

First from the Top higher Management to Agile Manager all play very very bad politics. This company pretend to show as MNC company but actually the Management behave as they are from low start up company. Second their products are on old technologies and very very poor performance not stable full of too many bugs. The Leasing & Lending product is big loss for them. Manu clients either backout or hold the contract. The management sales team is totally dump. Good for nothing. Third No Job security specially when u have completed 5 year or more in this Company. Now they have started new game when the New CEO has joined this company. They are raising PIP in bulk from every project. Around for 200 employees they have raised the PIP. Many left and many more are ready to go once their PIP period will get over. I asked one question to public is this really a genuine. The Answer which I know is NO. They have raised the PIP for the freshers also who are just have 1.5 years experience and still under bond. Do you think the 200 employees have performance issue. No never this is just their politics to send them out because this company is not financially stable and have big loss. Their share are down and not able to sustain the clients.
