Colleagues are friendly, there is once a year offsite!

Dislikes

Salary is less than industry average for most but very good for some, high level of disparity. Appraisals are okay but short of giving either monetary growth or growth in terms of job designation. Managers are not supporting in terms of working as a team, and try to load all the work on the subordinates. Also there is no training happening so growth and learning is limited. Training is provided only for a lucky few. HR is totally non existent and non supportive with an indifferent attitude towards your problems. Also there is no parking facilities for mid level employees also, and I company transport. The company also lacks work from home policy....Read More
