There is no proccess rolled out for your job role. KRA defined and actual activity handled are not taken care of by HR or senior management. This is just a output based company wherein ur target within leadline is final result.

Seniors are not listen to you but are ready to demotivate or insult you in front of other staff. Working in pressure is not an issue but there is no timeline or deadline.

Culture in SBFC is very bed senior person regional head rahul rathi and sarjeet dhaka is main culprit he don't know how to treat his employee. New employee is not able to survive in his culture I definitely say they will be definitely pooll back this company
