Don't join this company especially CPA Team, manager only takes advantage of you and his chamcha (C - if you know you know)will make your life hell. And if you complain to HR they are just is caretakers.

Dislikes

There is no personal growth , and if you're on contract basis they will dump you like a trash. No life work balance, just manners less people's and especially managers. There is no increment so be jobless for another few days and join the company where you'll be valued. Top management is a scam.

Culture in SBFC is very bed senior person regional head rahul rathi and sarjeet dhaka is main culprit he don't know how to treat his employee. New employee is not able to survive in his culture I definitely say they will be definitely pooll back this company
