Nothing is good in this company. Unethical company for employees.

Management is unethical. The upper management never care about employees they even don't pay them there benefits but the management team is taking and enjoying benefits. Very unethical company and worst HR, CFO and owner I have ever seen in my career.

The HR head Mr. Rupak Aich is a man with no responsibilities, he doesn't care about staff's greivances and mostly concerned to save his own chair. situations were no same when MR. Sajid was there. The HR department was a failure and the proof is high attrition rate as most of the long tenured people left the organisation as the hotel is now more focussed on revenue rather than customer service and employee satisfaction. They have good Sales Team throughout the regional office .

They have core values but actually they don’t follow it . Sayaji hotel is surviving due to their sales force and operations team . Their HR team is the worst . They dont have any Good HR who takes care of their staff. In higher authorities is also they dont have any good staff. Thats why they have never grown at the speed the we’re supposed to be.

Culture is way too bad, as they say not everything what shines is not gold. I wouldn't recommend this company for senior leadership roles as it's a family run sorta company, trying to imbibe branded culture into the organisation but miserably failing to do so ! Top leadership is not visionary, they are only stuck at making the company's ends meet by adding more hotels & seeking investments. I work as ojt in food production department of mini banquet kitchen...all staff are Very familiar.. And I like to tell about chef suryaprakash he is very good in nature .and he is very responsible toward their work..and chef akash Bhavasar I learn alot from him .he is very talented chef from pantry section..and all staff of pantry section is really nice they teach me alone.. thanks to all.
