Nothing is good in this company. Unethical company for employees.

Dislikes

Management is unethical. The upper management never care about employees they even don't pay them there benefits but the management team is taking and enjoying benefits. Very unethical company and worst HR, CFO and owner I have ever seen in my career.

Work Details

No work life balance even they told to work late at night and call us on Sunday as well and for that they don't even provide overtime and comp off. Worst policies no corporate culture.

The staff and work environment is really awesome, it has degraded to some extent after the demise of Late Sajid sir. Still his core values are in place

Dislikes

The HR head Mr. Rupak Aich is a man with no responsibilities, he doesn't care about staff's greivances and mostly concerned to save his own chair. situations were no same when MR. Sajid was there. The HR department was a failure and the proof is high attrition rate as most of the long tenured people left the organisation as the hotel is now more focussed on revenue rather than customer service and employee satisfaction. A big no, to all the joining buddies....Read More
