I am having almost 10years of experience but never seen the company like this during the busy time of hotels i caught Dengu Positive but hotel care about my food , they provide me hotel car for daily visit to hospital i am from Haridwar but i was doing job in Rajkot Gujarat

Nothing. Toxic work environment and really poorly groomed management and managers.

Everything. No time management, absolutely not for people who come from outside of Indoor. Despite of problems in Early check ins Sales people promise Early check and front desk has to suffer. Insists on working with less staffs for cost cutting. HR promises an amount before joining but after joining the amount is very less. I could add millions of points

I was front office manager join in dec 2021 in Sayaji Rajkot it was my mistake to join Rajkot Gujarat in the name of Sayaji there is no support provided from Sayaji group and totally owner drivern hotel

very nice company with having a very good culture , very good hospitality , policies is also very good ,we have a core values and employee focus , good team management.

I got a very very good team members/ teammates, very supportive managers very good work environment , every day am learning some new things about the hospitality about the lifestyle , am learning here so mush things which i can't explain , my front office manager Mr. Anurag Anand were very supportive with creative mind , and my general manager Mr. Amitabh Sharma is very supporting me in every situation every time he know very well about mine , I don't know any politics is there or not i thing so no any politics are there which i have seen , am working so hard every day i got late to leave i didn't get any salary/appraisal between two years because of these covid - 19, in covid time am working 13 - 14 hours duty straight other time i was work so hard sometimes i was very angry ....Read More

No they didn't support me, still I am waiting for my salary they are saying salary will come soon but they are not responsible my calls and most important thing is I have given 4 years to the company and they are not even calling me for rejoin and they are hiring those people who are their favourite.

I am really sorry I will also not use any abusive language I know my culture but I am actually not happy giving 4 years to the company they are behaving with me like what I say,,, thank you for making me fool like I will get good career with Sayaji or barbecue nation.
