Company is in growing stage.lot of politics.no facilities for employee.few managers over there are very terrible, egoistic.no appreciation.no value to employee.they change policy whenever they want and don't even inform to their employees.

There is not scope to learn in Savy software. Job security is excellent as you dont have to use your brain. The person who has completed their 10+2 will able to work over there. No chances to career growth. Salary is less than MSRTC employees. Hopeless work environment. There is no concept like work life balance.
