Target process A lot of office politics in Target process. The top management is known for cornering people who's not in their favourite list. Not preferable for female employee's, they give less care about safety. Target process in 24/7 is not at all preferable, very toxic environment. Company environment is absolutely great and the seniors are helpful and cheerful. They don't have the ego of being senior. performance incentives are good

Salary is very low and the growth rate is very low. Salary difference between fresher and 2 year experienced is 4000/- only

Management in AT&T is very bad, they don't value the performers, people who are close to the management are lucky ones.. People who perform continuously but are not close with management have no value.. Social media is a peaceful process when it comes to client, but the management in social media of AT&T are biased, they don't valuethe efforts of supervisors, managers and agents as well. It was all good experience to work with the organization but they were promises which made during the training. Bonuses and perks will be given but they were never ever given and also their is religion biased leaders within the organization.

Coffee machines are worst and only 2 biscuits brands which feels super cheap. No choice to choose the sugar content in coffee or hot brewages. Need coffe?? Get sugar along with it. However for higher authorities they have separate floor with all good coffee and tea bags with quality snacks. Old and uncomfortable chairs with dust on chairs sometimes and even on keyboard and mouses. Most systems don't have proper screws placed in or with damaged system handles. Employees struggle with finding working headsets and even sometimes fully functional keyboard and mouse. No mouse pads provided and no camera works inside so anyone can steal your mouse pads and get away with it. Medical claim is a joke. Never claimed as the person only will not be there the time we go. Bunker rooms are there but need TL to be there to sign, to which TLs refuse and its worst feeling. Sometimes targets seems unavailable....Read More

They will approve your leaves including weekdays but once you come back they will say we have approved your leaves now work on 6 days and also force us to extend our shift and if you complain there is no resolution

Every week there is a business requirements and every week they will force u to work for extra days without any pay Their managers will promise something and make you to work and later on they will stand on their own decision
