The best part is the open work culture that we follow here. Each employee of Saviance are appreciated for the efforts they put on a daily basis and rewarded for the same. One can reach out to anyone in the organization for any sort of help. It's been good 5 years, working here at Saviance Technologies, and I doubt that there is suchan open atmosphere, where one can feel so comfortable while working. The one best part I can say, that we are able to achieve after Covid, is the diversity among the team members. We have employees from all over India now, which gives us an opportunity to learn new things from each other, about our different cultures, our views, our thought process and many more things that were not possible before Covid.
